The Legacy Course
We all leave a legacy.  Managing it is optional...
The New Zealand Rugby Team is the most successful sports team of all time with an 86% win rate.
What can we learn from them?

The Legacy Course is a series of interactive sessions that uses the learning from the All Blacks journey winning back to back Rugby World Cups in 2011 and 2015 after a collapse in 2007.

It’s well documented that emotional intelligence is a higher predictor of success in the workplace than IQ.  Learning about legacy can be transforming for you as an individual but also for you as you help others.
For leaders; the material can work well with medium sized groups, but is ideal for a group of six plus the leader as it can aid more open sharing and discussion.    A Talking Stick is recommended.  This is any sort of stick, perhaps decorated, that when held gives the person sole permission to talk.  “Talking Stick” sessions involve passing the stick around the group one at a time to answer questions that come up in the Legacy Course material.
The book Legacy by James Kerr is referred to in these sessions.
